Master Blend has served on the NC Cooperative Extension Advisory Committee for 6 years, and volunteers with 4-H and Future Farmers of America (FFA). When not on the farm, Ron teaches business seminars for the North Carolina Small Business Center Network, and James Sprunt Community College on both the farming industry and business essential skills, as well as serving as a keynote speaker at events across the United States. Master Blend has a robust social media presence and has been featured on camera with award winning chefs such as Ashley Christianson and Keith Rhodes.
Ron Simmons is an established pitmaster, international brand ambassador, competition judge, and whole hog expert.
